Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary by area and weather, as our products are fresh produce from the farm.

Subscriptions

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Returns and refunds

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our LINE Official Account or the email below, and we'll help make it right.
